Where is The HoopLab based?
We are based in Malta, Europe.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please get in touch to learn more about which countries we can ship to.
Do you have a free delivery service for Malta?
Yes, we offer free delivery for local orders.
What types of wristbands do you offer?
We are currently offering: Tyvek (Paper), Vinyl (Plastic), Fabric (Cloth) and Silicone (Rubber) wristbands, however we are always adding new wristbands to our stocks.
What products do you offer besides wristbands?
We are currently offering lanyards, lanyard accessories and event passes, besides wristbands.
Before ordering, will you provide an artwork proof?
Yes, before confirming any order, we will send you an artwork proof in case you require any amendments/additions.
Can you match our brand colour?
Our silicone printed and fabric woven wristbands along with printed lanyards offer the possibility of being matched by a pantone colour, however the rest of our products are only available in our base colours or full-colour CMYK print.
Will I save money if I order in bulk?
Typically, all of our products if ordered in bulk are lower in price per unit, hence you will save money.
Can I order plain wristbands and add a logo on them?
Yes, this is possible, however it is called a one-colour print.
Do you have glow-in-the-dark wristbands?
Yes, we offer additional customisation with UV threads for fabric (woven) wristbands and full-colour UV print for fabric (printed) wristbands. Vinyl and Silicone wristbands with a full-colour print also have the option of having UV ink.
Can you print a serial number or barcode on my wristbands?
Yes, we offer additional features of serialisation, barcodes and even QR codes on some of our wristbands. Get in contact for more info.
